We went for the weekend with another family with kids, stayed at the hotel, ate all our meals at this restaurant, and everything was fabulous! We were a complicated dietary group (I'm ovo-lacto vegetarian, our friend was lactose intolerant, etc. but the meals never ceased to be delicious and very varied. I'm a foreigner who has lived in Spain 14 years now, and I'm used to eating fried eggs and potatoes all weekend when I go to the countryside in Spain (because there is a lack of awareness about vegetarianism in general once you leave the bigger cities , but this place was great. The cook was the sweetest lady, always looking out for us. Great value, as well.
After a morning of hiking and canoeing along the river, we 'discovered ' this restaurant and decided are to stop for lunch. Outstanding. The terrace has spectacular views over the river and is set up as a relaxing chillout space with comfortable sofas and relaxing music. The family were very friendly and welcoming went above and beyond offering the best service. It was an experience to remember. €18 set three course meal with salad, bread and good quality local wine. Can 't beat it.

Because we wanted to do some canoeing in the river Jucar, we found out that 'the canoe people ' had a restaurant as well. What a pleasant surprise the food worked out to be !
