Bad experience at this place, which should normally be friendly. The staff, not smiling apart from one of the employees who is really at the top level. We see for the others that it bothers them to work because when you have lottery tickets checked they grumble, saying that there's more to it than that, that they have people. And what's more, not smiling and we feel that there is a bad atmosphere. I find that unacceptable, for my part I will never set foot in Avia again, that's for sure, in Villars-sur-glâne in any case.

In general, everything is fine, but this morning, Tuesday 06.02, at 7:30 a.m. (rush hour), I waited 16 minutes for the cashier to come out of her fridge at the back of the store to come to the checkout, only for her to blame me for not having called her when there isn't even a doorbell to help and so that she also forgets to apply the discount displayed on the products I bought... Little questioning necessary. I'm sure the intention wasn't bad.
