A&W should be familiar to most people so not sure what to say. On the day we went the staff was very helpful and courteous. We had a coupon so received a full feed for two at the price one would pay expect to pay for one person at a cheap restaurant. The food came fast and the fries were in those personalized fryer looking baskets like the ones you get at McDonalds when you order the fancy custom Angus burger.

Great 1st impression... floor was washer clean as I walked through the doors. Very quick service. Staff seemed to be working well together and friendly. I asked for no bacon on my Bacon and Egger and the staff member gave it quickly. The coffee was fresh and they hash brown was perfectly cooked! I also was impressed with the condiment area. Clean and neat and organized.
This location is awful. I walked in, got looked at as I walked up then as I said “Hi” to order, I get “can you give me a moment?” so lady can tap her screen.I get that this location prob gets some rougher folk around the edges, but Jesus, I am here to pay you money for fast food. Learn some customer service give off half a smile.
Used to be my favourite hang out sixty pluses years ago when I was a kid. The building has changed But the A&W root beer in a frosted glass with a papa burger is still a great treat. Pay them a visit a it will bring back memories of the 50s
This particular a&w has gone way downhill ..I used to come here all the time in my 20s when I was hitting up Whyte ave on the weekends .it was awesome then ..now it's very unfriendly staff ,and cold food .I will never return to this
The restaurant was clean and well presented. The service was quick and professional. My meal was well prepared, in fact, everything was perfect. I don’t often grade a breakfast place this highly but this breakfast was excellent.
Some of the staffs are rude, some jokes are not funny.Learn to read bodylanguage you are in a customer service industry.Honestly trashy employeeCant recommend this locationCall me!
The deals they give are usually very good for the frugal shopper. The service was good and there was ample parking. The clientele are generally not scary either.
