I told the guy at the counter 3 times no cheese on the hamburgers. He had a blank stare. I asked for lettuce, onion and tomato only, no cheese. He informed me that they didn 't have tomatoes. Really?? In a hamburger place? The chocolate shake was made with vanilla soft serve ice cream and chocolate syrup. That is not a milkshake. I was handed my order with the statement here 's your cheeseburgers. I said that I ordered no cheese and was there cheese on the hamburgers? The fellow said I dunno, check them yourself . They both had cheese. Both young men just shrugged oh . No apology or offer to remake them. Never again!
Blows big time.!!!!!!!!!! Don't go...... Been in 3 times with excuse of running out of ice cream. Why offer a $2.00 float and then not know how quick to mix your ice cream.????????????? I even tried to call before going and there phone was busy for an hour. And when you write A@W they don't write you back...... Plenty of other fast food places.
I really like going to A&W/ KFC. I was excited when I moved to the area to find this one here. I've gone three times ad every time it was worse and worse. 25 minute wait time for chicken not having multiple sides and some of the worst customer serviceI've ever had. It wasn't even a lunch rush. I was the only car there.
(Kfc review)This location has been less than stellar in my experience. The wait is usually long (as it was today) and the food mediocre at best. KFC as a whole has hit the skids and is nothing like it was back in the 80s or 90s. These corporate balloon heads have put profit in front of quality. ?

The grill was out of order, so they weren't serving any hamburgers, and it was hard to hear both the woman and the man on the loudspeaker. They really need to put up a sign indicating that hamburgers are not available. We waited for 30 minutes and didn't receive anything.
Kaila was the sweetest person and filled my root beer float with the perfect ratio of root beer to ice cream! And the fries were hot at 10pm on a Sunday night, I appreciate the hard work, made my night!
The staff member at the window was quite rude and would not help with check-in or issue a refund. I tried to talk to the management, but I was informed that they were not available.
I really enjoy the burgers and shakes! The staff is fantastic, and the restaurant is always clean. I feel the same about the KFC section as well.

The chicken is always super hot and fresh. They give you as much sauce as you need, with not charged. The chicken wings... so good.
