I ordered a kids' corn dog meal and took advantage of the Friday burger deal. Unfortunately, they didn't ask me what side I wanted for the kids' meal; I assumed it was just fries, but they forgot those as well. The meal also didn't come with a toy like it claims online. The bag had a crossword puzzle printed on it, but if that's the toy, that's pretty disappointing. The deal of the day was a double cheeseburger for $5.64, but that didn't include fries or a drink. In total, I spent $19.10 for a really unsatisfactory experience.
Rude customer service I went tonight 11-15-2023 9pm and the girl at the window was extremely rude came to the window grabbed my card handed me my drinks I said thank you and she rolled her eyes and walked away. On top of that forgot to gv me my friesAnd I had to drive back and get them and she was rude the second time around made me wait for them while she did other things like throwing the trash and talking to her coworker and knew I was waiting .
Visited A&W around 3:30 PM on 11/14/21 with three adults and two kids. Everything we ordered was tasty. We tried the special Mushroom Burger, Cheeseburger, Papa Burger, and Chili Hotdog, along with French fries, onion rings, chili cheese fries, and cheese curds. The staff was fantastic! It had been at least 10 years since our last visit, but we’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks for the delicious food!
The fries were hot! Shoutout to Val—she’s amazing. She warned me to be careful because the fries were hot, then came out to the dining room to apologize for not bringing my food sooner since she didn’t realize I was eating in. Wow, who does that in 2021? That kid deserves a raise!

I loved the service at A&W, and the food was delicious. Dining in is a great experience with a clean and welcoming environment. Whether you want to eat in, order online, or use the drive-through, A&W’s menu offers something tasty for everyone.
The cheeseburgers we received were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. When I went back to notify the staff, they seemed annoyed.
The worst cheeseburger that I have ever had it reminded me of something that have been sitting in a gas station Heating table for a couple of days
I enjoyed my Papa Burger with my mom. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. However, the service could be improved to be more welcoming.

My burger was disappointing—soggy and damp. I won't be coming back here.
