Do not visit this restaurant if you want your food how you ordered it. I visited at lunch time with no other customers in line or in drive thru, when I arrived. I placed my order and waited, as I waited a few more guests arrived and placed their order. 3 guests that came after me were served their food and I was still waiting for mine. Turns out they gave my order to another guest, ok not a big deal, mistakes happen. They told me that my order would be ready in 1 minute. A total of 15 minutes until they brought me what was supposed to be my order, it was not. They managed to screw up the fix for my order, with no apology given either time. Second time I have stopped in for a quick breakfast in the last couple of months and both times it took forever to get my order placed at the counter. The woman who eventually did take my order appeared to have had all her personality sucked out of her. The dining room was cold too. I guess they're saving on their heating bill. I'd say go to the McDonald's a few blocks down the road because this place is just downright dreary. Food: 4
Just ordered food from the drive through, we got 2 strawberry smoothies. One of them was served to us half empty, the other has big chunks of ice making it very difficult to enjoy. There wasn't much love put into any of the food, everything seemed like it had been sitting there a while and they just threw it onto our sandwiches. Won't be back to this location. Service: Take out

Went to get a take out Waited for 10 mins for service, noticed that they are shorted staff, so it's okay. After placing an order, waited for another 15mins, but got a wrong order, an extra burger, missing drinks.
