After putting in a long shift at work, I decided to go through the A & W drive thru to pick up a quick meal for my husband. Who wants to cook when they are exhausted from work?? So, I took the long route home and went through the drive thru ordering a 2 piece chicken dinner with fries and potato salad and spending $8.90. When my hubby opened up the box his first question was "did they forget to put the chicken in?" There were two VERY TINY pieces of chicken (from a baby chick or a humming bird????) and not many fries. The meal was NOT worth more than $3.50. If I had only opened up the box right there, I would have demanded my money back. One can easily go to restaurants in the area and get a...
About a month ago I went into Castlegar and decided to go check out Joey's for breakfast. They have a really good breakfast menu, and when we went to order the waitress told us that we could mix and match didn't have to be exactly the way it was on the menu. You get a healthy portion and in my opinion it tasted very good. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a really good breakfast.
I did not know until 3 years ago you can get over easy eggs from A&W. I couldn't believe the quality of the eggs too, bright orange like fresh farm eggs... Better than most restaurants. I love the staff there too, coming around filling your coffee... This is fast food? Love it.
One usually knows what to expect at a franchise fast food outlet but this establishment fell far short of our expectations dry and overcooked burgers smothered in sauce a totally inedible lunch we will find the time to attend a real restaurant when we are in Castlegar next Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Went here for breakfast with the family. Service was incredible. Friendly, fast (the food had arrived at our table quicker than we did!) and a nice clean and bright establishment. The food was great too. Better than we all expected.
Whether I am stopping in for lunch, meeting a colleague, or going thru the drive-thru for lunch on the go; the service is always quick and friendly - and the food is consistently excellent.
I had a quick stop while driving to the airport. Ran in, grabbed a Teen Burger and a root beer. Root beer was served in a frosty mug and the burger was fresh and delicious.
