Ate here with Elena and her friend when we were visiting Courchevel and had an incredible dinner. Such a quaint and well run restaurant with an excellent kitchen pleasant, thoughtful staff. We ordered their most basic tasting menu for €115 (I think) plus an outstanding bottle of Grand Cru Chablis recommended by the sommelier. I agree with the Guide Michelin that the wine list is well put together, not too large but large enough with insightful selections. Amazing lunch. “Grand Saut” menu at €150/person for four with particularly pleasant food/wine pairing. Crescendo of flavors and deliciousness, each dish being better than the previous one. The cheese cart is a plus to note, with a nice selection of our terroirs. Excellent desserts, very pleasant and attentive service, good advice and funny, in short, incredible.
the restaurant is absolutely great. our regular participation in trips to le praz strengthens our admiration. the food is excellent and the service is exceptional; excellent advice on food and wine pairings delivered in a warm, friendly way. if they are in the courchevel area (or even if they are not) book for schnapps experience, they find magnificent.
