The quality of the bagels has declined over the years. Today, I tried six different types, and they all tasted the same—like Styrofoam. I wish I could say they were great, but the spicy bagels had no spice, and the onion bagels were dry. Whoever is responsible for preparing these bagels for baking needs better training, or the owner should consider investing in higher-quality ingredients. I've been a customer for over ten years, but after this experience, I’ll be looking for another place. Best of luck to this business.
This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I wanted to bring bagels and coffee to one of my clients, and I found them nearby. I placed my order online, and within two minutes, I received a call informing me that they were out of one of the items. They kindly offered to substitute it with a more expensive item at no extra charge. The delivery was prompt and courteous, and the food looked fantastic! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I will definitely order from them again.
I ordered from this restaurant yesterday and encountered a rather sarcastic response from the owner when I asked to pick up my order. I have no intention of returning and strongly advise others to steer clear as well. Just so you know, no one is obligated to greet you with a "good morning," sir. Additionally, you got my order wrong. It's clear to me why this place has so many negative reviews. I really question how you're still in business.
I want to love it here, it’s walkable from my home, the folks who work here are nice, the food is pretty good, but unfortunately my orders are wrong alarmist every time, as is the pricing. Order the same thing each time and always get charged something different.

I had placed an order here, and the order wasn't right. I had heard things from this place, but didnt listen. The bagels were hard as rocks, and when you do get a fresh one, the guy with dirty gloves hands you a bagel that is pretty much a sponge with grease.
This place is as unprofessional as their bagels are greasy and uneatable. The owners harass you, and force their employees to do the same if they dont like the review you leave. I heard one guy had to call the cops to get them to stop.
Love everything about B&G, from the owner to the helpful staff to the best bagel in the area! I now order catering for my company meetings and everyone absolutely raves every time!
What a friendly atmosphere! When you are at B&G Bagels you feel a positive vibe from the staff! Great food as well....one of my favorite breakfast is the corn beef hash.
