My trip this week had me staying at Rydges Capital Hill, so Manuka was a quick 10 minute walk away. I lived in Canberra a lifetime ago and Manuka has always been a bustling little spot with a few interesting restaurants - for my first visit back to Manuka in over a decade, we decided upon Baan Latsamy for dinner. Usually I read reviews and decide from there, but this time round it was just a last minute decision and a really great one at that.

We ordered from here on menulog and they had trouble finding a driver, so instead we decided to drive down and eat in. We were so pleasantly surprised with the service and the food. Easily the best Thai food I’ve had for a while. Chicken skewers are so commonly over cooked and dry that it’s just the standard I expect here they were cooked to perfection, soft and chewy. Worth a visit or an online order!
Food is always fresh and hot and the delivery people are so friendly. The veggie rice paper rolls are some of the best I’ve had lots of veggies and tofu and not too many noodles which often happens. Their veggie spring rolls are really yummy too.

homely restaurant in good location. I love the fried aubergines, but my partner thought the bark meat salad (Kry Tiger) had too much mint and other crumbled in it. I don't think they're doing the best salate here. loved the pad shew although
Great Thai food. All of our entrees and mains were delicious.
Menu has a decent selection of dishes and the prices are reasonable. They're not as cheap as some Thai restaurants, but still fairly affordable.
Pretty nice. I had the massaman curry and the fried tofu. The place was clean and well maintained. Service was quick, and the food came out pretty quick too.
Excellent flavour for lunch special. They were happy to make things vegan. Best Thai lunch I have had in Canberra.
