we were immediately greeted when we went from a young lady at the Hostess stand to the door, who got us a table ready for our party of 4 adults and a 6 months old baby in a few minutes of our arrival. our server, dredging, was a very nice young man who looked after us very well. he was very describing about the food, answered all our questions knowingly and took care of all our requests with gusto. the guacamole was made tableside and was very good and obviously fresh. instead of regular tomats, the young man who prepared it uses sun-dried tomatoes that take for a delicious, new one on one of my favorite atarsizers. I ordered the black bohnenburger without ice-washing and asked him not to be...
Hey All We found this place yes it’s been here for a min but it’s Awesome the meal was outstanding our waiter Scotty was on his game Great atmosphere the guacamole is outstanding made fresh right at your table. My roasted redfish was cooked to perfection the potatoes are awesome and the Jack Daniels peach drink oh yeah you need to get one overall five stars …..Update stopped at Babalu in Jackson and what a awesome meal and the guacamole was outstanding made fresh at your table .You have a great meal here
wow was this place on a Sunday night. they told us there was an hour and 20 minutes waiting for a table, but we could pick up a few of the cash and take their place quite quickly. the bartender was great! She made wonderful drinks and kept all on her bar happy. we had the chips and salsa that were excellent, and also have divided some tacos that were delicious. they have good home cocktails. the atmosphere was hip and clean.
Food was VERY good, the reason for 4 and not five starts is the serving. We order guacamole(which was excellent) but the apron of the guy who made it was … and a smile or a word could add to the taste salmon was perfect, side of brushless sprouts was 2 sweet, no need to add sugar /sweater , grilled lettuce didn’t feel like the real thing… Shrimp and grits were yummy, price is decent, overall, stop here

the food tasted good, but a little fat. we had the black bohnenburger, it was good and not fat. the sweet potato friries I wish were air-fried with a little spicy or served with a beautiful sauce given the price. the members of our party had the broccolini, rosti kartoffeln and Brussels spears – all were good portion size and good taste, but a bit too much oil used for us in the Sauté process.
Enjoyed the experience. Food was good but the portions were small. The hostess were very friendly. Maybe a southern thing. The other patrons were just as friendly. My group sat outside to enjoy the nice lighting. I think the drinks were the standout thing in the menu. I had a good time!
many options for vegans and they are ready to work with them. some of the menu items may have sauces that are not vegan, but they will exchange them for them, and also that eating is great, even without the sauces! P.S guac did the table right away. nuff said:
it was great, we came the afternoon and it was a nice crowd, but we sat right away. every thing was fresh and the drinks were good. we ordered the freshly produced guacamole and about 6 different tacos. we had a great experience.

they must choose the right time for this place. they could wait for about 30-40 minutes, but it is worth it. the table side avocado dip is so good I could eat it all day. the personal always ensures that everything is great.
