Unfortunately, I had the pleasure of giving Baby Back Blues another chance. I stopped eating here a couple years ago due to massive amounts of my time being wasted. I would place an order over the phone or online with confirmation) just to arrive to the establishment and be told they were out of everything I ordered even after paying! Today I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately the exact same problem unfolded. I arrived never even received a call to be updated) just to be told that they were out of my entire order ! Some refunds were exchanged, and some food was replaced. Once I arrived at home, me and my family attempted to eat some of the most bland and dry bbq I have had. :
Food was so good! The place looks a bit older and so-so on decor but who cares because the food was amazing! The brisket melts in your mouth. The smoked links and pulled chicken were both delicious as well! We got mac cheese and the cucumber salad which were both worth getting again. The mashed potatoes were a bit thin for me. My partner and I really love their ribs but their customer service could do with some work! We are returning customers, who went by one and a half hours before closing time wanting two full rib slabs. They told us that they had run out and could not make any more due to closing time looming over their heads. Very very disappointed. They clearly had more than enough time to prepare it. We were more than willing to wait. Also they had a clear attitude whilst declining us!
