Baby Brasa has been on my list to try for a while as I feel Peruvian food is totally underrated. The intimate space is cozy and well decorated in earthy greens and warm wood tones. The music had a mello club vibe that completes the hip ambiance. If you have never been to Peru you might not understand how delicious a Pisco sour is and how well it pairs with the food. The restaurant locates at a great location in West Village and with amazing visibility. The restaurant design was like a piece of art. For the food part, we loved the taste of each dish. Especially, we love the cocktails. Coconut Margarita is the one youdon?t want to miss. Personally, I love Seafood Bura Bura a lot. People working in the restaurant were having dress code, whichwas very impressive. If you are gonna have a date set up, this would be a great choice.
I rarely encounter a restaurant in the city that impresses me as much as Baby Brasa did. The food, service, and ambiance were all phenomenal. The waitstaff were exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make my niece's birthday celebration special. They even surprised us with a candlelit tres leches dessert, without me having to request it. Baby Brasa exceeded expectations on all fronts. I highly recommend it.
Very nice waiter. Exceptionally pleasant experience. Would love more menu options and slightly bigger portions, but the food was tasty nonetheless.

The short rib with chocolo appetizer was incredible. Also loved the cocktail that came in a flamingo float.
