A week before our order for a party, I spoke with the owner, and he assured me he would take care of it. However, just an hour before our scheduled pickup, we were informed that they couldn’t fulfill our order because the restaurant was closed. I recently spoke with the same owner, and he lamented how his business is suffering compared to Cafe Milano right next door. Unfortunately, by driving away loyal customers, they are only harming themselves. I will definitely dine at Cafe Milano next time, as they ended up saving our party.

The food and service were excellent, but we found the prices to be a bit steep for what we received. For example, a small portion of calamari for $19 feels excessive. I believe this might explain why the restaurant was empty on Saturday night, especially since Caffe Milano next door offers more affordable prices and was bustling with customers.

Service was horrible ! Food good portions of pasta and calmar was very small for the price and the garlic bread was hardly no butter on it no taste !!!! Went in La Prairie and ambiance service and food was amazing ! Pointe Claire need to get there stuff organized 1/2 and hour to get drink’s ! … not very happy won’t go back !
I made a reservation for a table for four on Friday, March 17th, at 6:30 PM. When I arrived, the restaurant was completely dark, and the doors were locked. It turns out the restaurant had gone bankrupt. I'm not sure how they were still accepting reservations for a place that was closed. It was a complete waste of time.

Food was extremely disappointing. They put cheese and sliced tomatoes on a panini and call it bruschetta! Pizza doe was soggy. Sauce was subpar. Will not go back.
