After ordering coffee and hot chocolate, the barrista's friend arrived. I received my coffee and then the barrista proceeded to make coffees and hot chocolates for his friend totally ignoring me. When I got his attention, I asked him if he'd forgotten us and...perhaps overlooked my hot chocolate, however he said he was aware he still needed to make our drink. Obviously the priority was his friend getting his drinks first, regardless of the order of service, or us having to wait minutes from receiving our coffee to receiving the hot chocolate.
Was on my way to work (this is the time that this has happened), ordered my coffee and they forgot to make it. Somebody had crossed it off on the list but I hadn't got it. When I brought it to their attention, there...was no apology. Instead, I was made to feel guilty and hastily told that it will only take another minute. That's after waiting for mins. Arrived late for work. Again.
a great coffee house tha restaurant, small in size, but great coffee, muffins and toasties and snacks. Open at till about so great place to get early morning coffee fix. I,portantly great team of girls with the occasional male, cool, calm...under pressure, and always service with a welcoming smile, and address regulars by name.
Great staff and one of the only places where you can get a quick coffee and muffin etc on the way to work at am Monday to Friday. Opens on weekends but a little later around Very popular with locals and nice coffee...as well. Also does lunch as well but closes around pm weekdays. A gem of a place.

There is a lot of good coffee available in Balgowlah, and this cafe arguably makes the best. It is certainly open earlier than anywhere else. The bacon and egg roll is great. The mushroom burger (bacon, egg, mushrooms, cheese) is delicious, and will keep you...going until lunchtime.
Since moving down the road this place has grown but still maintained their great Coffee, excellent food, always fresh and hot. Now with more room it allows you to stay and enjoy the great food. Staff are friendly and service is prompt.
Just what you need, coffee with champion flavour and fast service. Next door to my place Bacino Balgowlah have just What I like it. Keeping the tradition and flavour of the Bacino group. Thanks Adam, thanks girls.
Really happy I found this little place on a recent visit to Sydney. Small place but enough seating to be able to enjoy a cuppa, along with a few stools outside.

Our local coffee go to Great beans, baristas and service. Just friendly hours from The order ahead so works well too!
