after a walk in the scenic gantic opposite I had dinner in this beautiful restaurant. you can choose between three restaurants: a café style “GastStube”, a larger room “Gnusstube” for à la carte dinner, and the “MundArt” room for gourmet dining. we were invited to dinner by the parents of my partners. the restaurant has a good ambiente and is nice to look at.We know from the view the owners who are very sympathetic. the workers are courteous and do a competent work.The eating was very good and we had enough (someone has eaten fish, someone steak, someone rahmschnitzel and I lammfilet.) I would recommend to everyone!
the menu started with a fine flame-cake apero followed by filled morcheln on leafy pillow with cream sauce. after a refreshing little mixed salad there was a wonderful entercôte double on pfeffer and bearnaise sauce with a sweet garnish and potato burr. was rounded with various fine desserts. the service was once again very friendly and attentive. a good culinary fest.

was here for a business dinner at noon.The salat to the appetizer was fresh and the entrecôte was also the finest. especially the freshly prepared sauce cafe de paris was great.Also the service was impeccable!
in the newly renovated bears we had the bark fillet and the rösti with rindsstroganoff. both were excellently prepared. the service is still very warm and accommodating.
