I had a reservation of 2 sunbeds for early August. I sent an email 4 days before as a double check for my booking. Got a confirmation of it. Once we arrived, the beach manager (or, at least, this is what he was supposed to...be) said, in a very rude and unpolite way, that we didn't had our reservation and couldn't find a solution, despite asked him may times as it was not our but their mistake!! Then we complain at the entrance desk and a girl tried to find outa solution. What happened at the end? We had to go to a friendly beach (L'Orangerie) but, in order to get 2 sunbeds, we are mandatory asked have lunch at their restaurant. Definitely will not come back here and spend my money somewhere else. The staff is completely unprofessional and rude as well as bored. Upon reservation the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation until we showed the confirmation (oh yes, now I find you We reserved four...beach loungers (1 week in advance through amex) only to be told when we arrived that sorry, all beach loungers were taken and we had to take the sunbeds instead. When we asked why we even reserved the loungers if they would just give stuff away he said- it’s bagatelle. So keep in mind, Bagatelle is the place where service is extremely bad and service is not cared about at all.
I’ve visited bagatelle on July 19 the food was good , staff was very nice to us but we’ve been to the beach just behind the bagatelle and when we’re leaving I needed an information and asked to the security guy and he was just...super rude and left me talking myself . Very rude and arrogant . We don’t go to an expensive place to be treated badly . also they take 50€ per person in advance and we’ve called for the refund and hasn’t been refunded yet

Good food, good crowd, definitely the place to go if you have money to throw and hot girls to impress but, while charming, it can quickly fall into the ridiculous of insta cliché crowd with Botox and Rolex lost souls. 4 on 5 because the...food is almost priced as a 3 Michelin stars and it’s not. A place to throw money away to party, but there are other places that can bring the same hype and food on Pamplona.
we had a reservation and we had to wait 45 minutes until our table is ready, many guests came after us and sat. the atmosphere was amazing, loud music and dance. also eating was good. it would recommend for families...and friends hangouts. the service was ok and friendly, but they needed a lot of time to serve the food.
introduce yourself to a beautiful beach club in ibiza in a beautiful environment and then add older couples with an expression as if they have just eaten sour. to see the place. but that's it. to try them hard for my taste.
thanks for another great afternoon! we have been coming since Bagatelle beach st. tropez opened in 2013 and it is our favorite place on the beach. Greeting and service were better this year than ever.

Expensive but fun and unbelievable ambiance, the place to be on Pampelonne Beach. Only between 4PM and 8 PM but you'll remember it.
