Don't ever go here. Ever since new owners bought it out they haven't been able to get their sh*t together. The girl at the register and phones has no idea what she's doing. I called in an order and she tells me 10 minutes. I go 15/20 mins later and she didn't even tell the cooks my order. I sit there waiting and she calls me up when they are ready. I tell her what I got to make sure it's right and of course one of the orders is wrong so I have to sit and wait again. Things like this has happened over and over again since new owners took over. I WONT be returning ever. Just frustrating when all you want is an easy breakfast.

Worst bagel place I have ever been to in my entire life. DO-NOT-EAT-HERE.Staff Cannot communicate at all. Way overpriced. Ordered and paid online, was told it was not paid for and was charged again. Called later, was told that I had to call back in a week to speak to owner about a refund.

Bagel are edible that's it not great at all sesame bagel has two seeds on it wth I didn't expect much from a Jersey bagel place so sad go here only if u are hungry and not looking for something great
Disappointed after reading the reviews claiming their bagels are the “best”. No flavor, taste like they are made from frozen dough. Find another place.
Picked up a dozen bagels for $13.91 20 minutes after opening and received ice cold lopsided bagels! Must have new owners and we will not be returning!
Good food. Not sure what the regulations are, but weird to see the woman not wearing gloves while cooking/touching food during these times.

That’s what you get for a 4 dollar cream cheese bagel. I have been visiting this bagel shop for 4 years. Never got a bagel like that???
Really like this place. Very consistent and easy ordering process. Wish they were open on Sunday too.
