The service from the stone-faced Latina woman has been quite unpleasant; she always seems unhappy, especially when there are misunderstandings with orders. Just last week, my child was served pancakes that were made from some unknown substance. To say they were inedible would be an understatement—it was downright offensive. I can overlook forgetting my bacon or my gluten-free bagel for my celiac condition, but for my kid to be served something so bad? That’s where I draw the line. My Calabrese father-in-law ended up having to scoop everything out.
The hygiene at this restaurant is very concerning—I was quite disgusted by what I observed. The woman at the counter who took my order was also the one who prepared my sandwich. She handled the computer screen for my order, which had been touched by several people, and then used the same hands to make my sandwich. Additionally, she only wore gloves on one hand, while the other hand, which was ungloved, had dirt under her nails and a bleeding thumb. It was just gross. It’s common sense to wear gloves on both hands. The owner really needs to ensure that his employees are properly trained on hygiene practices.
This restaurant consistently fails to prepare and deliver food on time—it's a regular issue. I visited and noticed that they take online orders but set them aside until all in-store customers have been served. I watched them stack six tickets off to the side, and after waiting for 30 minutes, they still hadn't addressed any of them. Then I received a message saying they were running behind. This means it will definitely take over an hour, and the food will likely arrive cold. It's just a waste of time.

I was quite disappointed with my experience. They really don't allow paying customers to make special requests? I wanted to add salt, pepper, and ketchup to a breakfast meat sandwich, but it was an option for only one of the sandwiches and not the other. Additionally, the meats were overcooked to the point of being burnt. Overall, I was unhappy with the quality of the food.
I stopped by to grab some bagels for a last-minute business meeting. The woman at the counter was friendly and quick. I picked up their homemade veggie cream cheese, and it was a huge hit! Overall, it was a great value for the price.
This bagel place is great! The tuna is delicious and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. I especially love the bagel chips they sell - a great afternoon snack!
Amazing local bagel shop with delicious NY style bagels, impeccable service and great people. We are here every weekend and during the week. I am always in and out!
