My dad dealt with the rudest cashier lady. She got my dad’s order wrong. I am his daughter and drove to speak to the cashier. She had the nastiest attitude and said i was wrong as the client. She did not want to do a refund nor fix the order. I still remained calm and nice. The last thing she said was to move out of the way because she has other clients in line and is busy. She screamed from the back it’s your dad’s fault not her for taking the order wrong. I will NEVER be going here ever again. She made you feel embarrassed in front of everyone. don’t recommend anyone to go here! They only care about taking your money and not having the client happy. If I could give no stars i would.
I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The cashier was abrupt and seemed rushed. I ordered a regular coffee, a bagel, and cream cheese. When I poured hazelnut coffee from the dispenser, it was lukewarm, even though it was only 9:30 AM. I asked for a fresh cup of coffee, but all she did was refill my cup with more cold coffee and warm it up in the back. I don’t think requesting fresh coffee in the morning is too much to ask. Additionally, the bagel tasted slightly burnt. I wouldn’t recommend this place; you’re better off finding somewhere else for your bagels and fresh coffee!
The experience began on a sour note with an unfriendly welcome from the host. I ordered a raspberry mocha coffee, and it turned out to be one of the worst things I've ever tasted. Despite asking for half the usual amount of syrup in both drinks, that request was ignored, and the coffee didn’t even taste like coffee—it was overwhelmingly sweet and unpleasant. Additionally, there was no whipped cream with the drinks. The atmosphere felt rude and loud, as if our presence was an annoyance to the host. I’m definitely not sticking around and plan to go elsewhere.
This place is truly outstanding! The bagels are fantastic—unmatched in quality and flavor. I buy a baker's dozen of my favorites every other week. I freeze them and then just reheat them for breakfast, pairing them with whatever I'm in the mood for that day. Not only are they delicious, but they also make meal planning for the morning so much easier. My top three favorites are Salsa Jack, Asiago Cheese, and Onion.

I got the smoked salmon bagel, it was great but a little expensive. The ladies who work there are super friendly. The hazelnut coffee is really good. Would definitely go back!
