Now I don’t mind paying but if your ripping people off at-least ale sure the food is edible!!! the food was DISGUSTING the bagels were old and hard after I asked the employee are they fresh please be honest because my grandmother wouldn’t be able to eat it and on top of that the red velvet cupcakes were stale and had a weird taste spoke to the manager Roberto whom was very rude calling me a LIAR BUT yet AGREEING to the fact that my bagels WERE NOT FRESH and refused to refund or re make my order not even an APOLOGY ….. The real boss should speak to their manager on customer service … won’t...

The only positive aspect of this restaurant is the honey mustard. I ordered 5 everything bagels, but all 5 turned out to be plain bagels. There was no salt, sesame seeds, or anything on them. Make sure to double check your order to avoid receiving the wrong items. We placed our order when we were the only customers there, but it was still incorrect. We only realized the mistake after we had already left and there was no assistance provided.
another Bagel store that says open at 5am.Only to drive there and to be told we only do egg sandwiches after 7am.. meanwhile I was there the other day and there was no problem making a sandwich at 5:30.. also the girl was a little rude like I was annoying her.

The staff is extremely unpleasant and have a limited grasp of the English language. The food is mediocre at best and nothing to write home about. I would not return to this restaurant.
Nice local compilation of NYC style baked variety of bagels, flats and all deli options. Taste was nice and very good efficient service. Locale favorite.
