I went to Bagel Nosh and ordered a toasted onion bagel with vegetable cream cheese. I don't usually order bagels, but I made an exception for my wife. Normally, I would buy the bagels and toast them at home, but this time I decided to order ahead. The cost was $4.50, which I found a bit expensive for something I could easily make at home. When I got to the car, I realized the bagel wasn't toasted as I had requested. My wife had to scrape off the small amount of cream cheese and toast it in our own toaster oven. The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I placed an order online but never received it. When I called the restaurant, the person on the phone claimed they had cancelled my order, even though they hadn't, and still charged me for it. I repeatedly asked for either my food or a refund, but the person I spoke to acted like it was my fault. Overall, the experience was absolutely horrible.
I am NEVER disappointed when I come here. The people who work here are so nice and treat you like family. I enjoy everything I eat here, whether it's a bagel, a sandwich, platter, etc. I do not live in the area, but I always make a point to stop here when I am in town.
Have given this place multiple chances as the bagels here are pretty mediocre… bagels taste stale and not fresh. Also- they use unsalted butter on their bagels which is not good at all .

Amazing bagels…. my kids loved them . Bagel was nice and fresh and the scallion cream cheese was very tasty. Great cashier and customer service staff. ? ??
The white fish salad at this restaurant is fantastic. I would cover myself in it if it was socially acceptable.
Great place, they make their bagels in house and are always amazing. I always get a Bobo on a cinnamon rasin.
