A simple suggestion: if you're out of everything bagels, why not start a spreadsheet to track what customers are actually buying instead and adjust the supply accordingly? Every time I visit late in the morning (around 9 AM), it’s disappointing, and sometimes I opt to go somewhere else because they are consistently out.
