worst customer service ever beware don't order from here they hang on you they make you seem like the wrong person ,placed an uber eats order of bagels WITH CREAM CHEESE ORDERED and guess what no damn cream cheese makes any good sense but the manager was by far the rudest man Have I ever ordered a smoothie and its just juice and ice cream, so $7 for juice with ice cream? He thought it was a good idea to give us a kick that has a crunch and KREam disease? WHAT KID THE BUSTS THIS, this place is a joke and i will never go back here, take your business any other where !
Service is Very Slow. Food prep time is normal. Waited 5 mins b4 acknowledged at counter...only to find out lady in front of me had not ordered yet. Person that took order for sandwiches had to read the overhead board to make sandwiches. Coffee when poured by me at coffee station was cold..Counter person directed me to use the microwave. Gets 3 stars, because food was good and fresh. I've been here before for just a bag of bagels and was Slow the other times too pre pandemic. Hope today is result of pandemic short staff.
Live near here but consistency has been completely out of the window in the past year or so. The prices have also gone up and are pretty ridiculous compared to other stores in the area. Sandwiches are $7 and a butter bagel is $2.75 For a sandwich about $6, it should be loaded with meat and cheese, but it's not. Just get here in a pinch, and it's maybe a good 10% of the time. What happened? I go elsewhere especially when I get bagels to share with others.
Moved my office to area and found this great Bagel shop/Deli. The Place is very clean and nicely decorated. The service was quick and friendly. The Bagels are some of the best I have ever had and they have quite the variety. The coffee and bagel sandwiches are excellent. I would highly recommend.

Bagels are very good; however, I can not give it 5 because of time issues. Example, if you open at 6:am on Sunday, I can not get a bagel until at least 6:30. It's always the same excuse (baker got up late). I can understand it once in a while, but this is always the case.
A perfect breakfast spot in town with a wide selection of bagels and cream cheese. Super friendly staff and this place is always crowded. This place is clean and nicely managed - my favorite sun dried tomato sachet with jalapeno cream cheese.
friendly gentleman took my order, prices are excellent, my bacon egg and cheese bagel came out perfect! will be returning!
Tasty bagel sandwiches served up in a friendly atmosphere. Will definitely return again and highly recommend to others.
