I had a terrible experience at this restaurant for breakfast. How difficult can it be to serve someone what they've ordered? I asked for a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich with salt, pepper, ketchup, and hot peppers. When the staff member brought it to the counter, I confirmed whether he added the hot peppers, and he apologized, saying he hadn't. I made it clear again that I wanted the salt, pepper, ketchup, and hot peppers. He assured me he would fix it. We all make mistakes, but when I returned to my truck to eat, I found that he had squirted ketchup in the middle of the sandwich, which was cut, but there were still no hot peppers. Bagel Del has the best staff that greets guests everyday and the most amazing deli person who fills special orders that a guest requires. The tuna, plain grilled chicken, chicken salad and more are prepared to perfection. I appreciate the staff so much for understanding my dietary needs. Last Sunday, I went in to order 10 bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches, and there was a line of five people ahead of me. When it was finally my turn to place my order, the cook told me he couldn't fulfill it because it was too large. The owner really needs to have more staff on hand; it's a significant loss of business and simply unacceptable.
The food here is delicious and quite consistent. It's always fresh and flavorful. As a regular customer, I typically go for the grilled chicken, and they always prepare it perfectly. They take great care in cooking everything fresh.

I encountered spoiled meat at the hot buffet around 1:45 PM. It seems that either poorly cooked meat was knowingly served or that old food from the previous day was reused. This establishment should definitely undergo an inspection.
The price for a dozen bagels is excellent. However, this time I received bagels as substitutes without having the option to choose them myself. Additionally, the chocolate muffin was somewhat lacking in flavor.
I was charged $10.12 for an egg sandwich with lettuce and tomato on a roll, topped with a slice of lox! What?! I definitely won't be returning!
Everything was wonderful, but the hash browns had a flavor reminiscent of old grease. Aside from that, the food is truly delicious!
