I had a very disappointing experience with Bagels and Brew. Our company regularly orders food from there, but during my last order, I found a bug in my salad. I couldn’t identify it, but it made me feel quite ill afterward. When I called to speak with the manager and share my concerns, I was put in touch with the catering managers. Unfortunately, the connection was poor, and the conversation wasn't very productive. The catering managers responded quite rudely and did not apologize for the issue with the food. An amazing cafe with the best smoothies Ordered their Pipeline Smoothie and French Dip, they where both amazing. The smoothie has such a refreshing taste to it with out it being too sweet, the dip was surprisingly very savory. The customer service here it top notch and get out orders quickly even during busy times, they make everything fresh yet are extremely efficient. A bit on the pricey side for a cafe but will gladly pay their prices to support a local business. Can?t wait to keep coming back
I really enjoyed my veggie omelette. The staff remembered to leave out the mushrooms, which was fantastic! My daughter thought her bagel could have been a little warmer, but overall, it was a great experience. The staff also took the time to ask about my day, which was a nice touch. The best part? Our food was ready in just about 5 minutes! Very impressive!
I am impressed, Boqueria West 40th St was definitely phenomenal. This is a casual and friendly little place. The menu is really great, a lot of very good choices, I had to go with Tortilla Espanola, and it was incredible. The best part of this spot is the staff. I 100 percent recommend Boqueria West 40th St.

This is the best bagel West of NYC. The variety is very good but I can do without the California touch such as the multi color kitsch one. It has the neighborhood vibe so missing in today's eating place. One big minus, the Coffee is terrible and completely undrinkable. This is why it gets only 4 stars.
The food and coffee was delicious. It?s definitely crowded on the weekend and there?s a wait. It wasn?t too long. We got our food about 25 minutes after we ordered. We were there at 9 and the place was already full with a line. There?s indoor and outdoor dining there. Prices are reasonable.
I had breakfast here three times. Great service fresh many options and beautiful combinations. Definitely 5 stars . More 5 stars for Cheif, and more 5 stars for services and ppl that work behind the counter and serve ppl.
Even after all this time, Bagels Brew still offers the best bagels in town! Although the menu has expanded over the years, the quality, value, and service consistently surpass expectations. Great job, Bagels Brew!

Best local small restaurant in the area. Breakfast, Lunch are both amazing. Wish they were open for dinner too but they close at 5pm. Check them out for a delicious meal or snack
I enjoy coming here but it's getting very pricy on a lot of what's on the menu. They need to offer breakfast specials.
