I ordered two bagels for research purposes. The sesame bagel with scallion cream cheese had the ideal texture — soft on the inside with that perfect crispy outer shell. My second choice was a simple buttered bagel. It had just the right amount of seasoning, enhancing the flavor without making a mess.
For a drink, I went with their iced coffee, which had that delightful Tristate deli magic to it, tasting just like the iced coffee from all the other bagel shops. It was both comfortable and tasty, although I'm not quite sure why they all seem to taste so similar. But that's a mystery for another time.

I wouldn’t come here again. The quality of the bagels I got tasted and felt like they were a day old. Almost like they were made a while ago, frozen, then thawed. Also, I have never had a Jersey bagel with so little cream cheese. The bagel itself didn’t even have enough cream cheese to cover the inside let alone spill out the sides. The workers were nice but that doesn’t do much for the quality.
This restaurant is fantastic for breakfast sandwiches. They pay attention to details and make the sandwiches exactly how you want them with toppings and condiments. I highly recommend it.

Horrible service, rude employees and the food is absolutely stale and disgusting. Please do yourself a favor and get bagels literally anywhere else.
Bagels tasted like dirty tap water and were hard. Literally the worst bagel ive ever had, i couldn't finish it. would not go back
Bobo was amazing. The muffin was slightly overcooked on the grill, but it was still delicious.
