When my Uber order was mixed up, the man I spoke to on the phone was courteous and quickly offered to help rectify the mistake. The service was excellent, and it was my first time dining there. My boss frequently orders from this deli for the office, and I can see why. The menu offers great deals, such as buy one get one free, and the sandwiches are phenomenal. Good food and decent prices. I like Daniella and Mike, they are hoot working off each other. I ordered the Manhattan Hero: hot roast beef with melted mozzarella, grilled onions (with added bacon) on a garlic bread hero. This was delicious. My sweetie ordered a Piniella Wrap: grilled chicken, melted mozzarella, red onion, bacon and ranch dressing. This was a little dry and needed a little more ranch dressing but was still good. The employees were super friendly and polite. After placing my order it was ready before I knew it. I had two eggs, sausage and mozzarella on a whole wheat wrap with ketchup. Of course what would a breakfast wrap be without a cup of coffee. The coffee had a great taste, not burnt. When I'm in this area I will definitely stop here again.
I cannot believe the terrible service we received at this restaurant. They gave our Doordash order to someone else, and when we contacted them, the worker simply said they were closed and refused to remake our order. It was a complete joke.

Me and my girlfriend got 2 bagels with cream cheese, and both bagels tasted like expired cream cheese and cleaning products. Also the store smells awful like a hazardous scent similar to formaldehyde.
Can't get an order right. Very disappointing to get home and a simple order is ruined. Witnessed another order wrong while waiting for mine. Workers not very good.
Authentic NY metro area type deli. Nothing fancy and it has the basics you would expect from anywhere in the tristate. Service is fast but a little disorganized.
The staff are very friendly, welcoming you with a smile and a warm greeting. I felt at ease and comfortable during my visit.
