This is the most authentic iraqi food you will ever find in canada. Falafel are done the right iraqi way with eggplant and amba sauce. The beef some heaven, you can taste the meat without adding all the sauce to make up the taste. All sandwiches are served in the authentic iraqi samoon/bread that is loaded with meat and flavours. Kabab is so juicy and flavourful that will make you come back for more. This is the go to place for all your cravings.
This is the best Iraqi shawerma that you can have in GTA. I have tried all the Iraqi restaurants in Mississauga but nothing gets closer to the taste and quality of Shawerma in Baghdad Bakery. The service is amazingly fast for dine-in and take out. The staff are very friendly, courteous and always willing to please the customer even if the order is not part of the menu. I highly recommend this place.

Food was excellent, great presentation, and a generous portion. Ahmed's service was no different. Throughly enjoyed the entire meal. I had the beef and lamb kebab, served with rice, roasted tomato and onion, and two small loaves of bread. Very clean and spacious eating area with comfortable seating and attractive finishes.
The falafel sandwich with amber sauce is incredible and quite filling. However, I wasn't very impressed by the manakeesh; it lacked enough cheese and was a bit dry overall. On the bright side, the prices are very reasonable compared to other similar places.
This place is underrated. I went with my boys to have good food, got the half kilo paired with their house sauce and it was the best beef I ever had. Our server Ahmed was professional and kept a good conversation while delivering the food quickly.
