The owner and staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and helpful. I tried the beef rib pho along with the spring rolls for an appetizer, and both dishes were fantastic. The broth was rich in beef flavor but not overly heavy, and the beef was cooked to perfection, easily coming off the bone. The spring rolls were beautifully made, presented nicely, and tasted fresh and light, especially when paired with the two dipping sauces. The dining area is well-maintained and comfortable. The owner stopped by our table, and he was gracious, helpful, and genuinely interested in ensuring we had a great dining experience. We will definitely return. P.S. I recently had the pleasure of enjoying the best Vietnamese sandwich. I opted for takeout for lunch, and it was absolutely worth it. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, also a solid 5. Even though I didn't dine in, I could tell that the atmosphere was inviting and pleasant, deserving another 5. With prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person, this spot is definitely worth a visit!
As a flight attendant, I dine out frequently across various states, and I have to say, the grilled BBQ pork sandwich here is exceptional. The bread is incredibly soft, which is a refreshing change from the tough Vietnamese sandwiches I've had at other places. The meat is tender and packed with flavor. Absolutely delicious!

Small business that makes great food. If you're craving Vietnamese food, this a great place to go. It's an order at the counter and eat inside the restaurant and not a sit down restaurant. Food comes out fast. We had ordered pho and a S2 sandwich, both were great. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
I had the wonderful experience of studying abroad in Vietnam, so when Baguette Bistro opened, I was excited to try it. The food is delicious and truly authentic! While the prices aren't quite like they were in Vietnam, I can guarantee that it's worth every penny!
I ordered the char siu banh mi and taro bubble tea, and both were fantastic. The bread was incredibly soft, the pork was cooked to perfection, and the taro had just the right amount of sweetness. I absolutely love everything on their menu!
