Delia Roberts from Group Sales at Bahama Breeze Potomac Mills handled the coordination for my retirement reception at that restaurant location (9/29/2023). She made things so easy for us as me and my wife were making arrangements from another state. After my retirement ceremony, the reception was held there at the restaurant with the staff and tables ready for my party of 56. The staff were kind and attentive. Dined here with my beau for a quick bite. Place was clean and food came out in a timely fashion considering we got there at 10pm and it closes at 11pm. Food was ok and I would visit again. I enjoyed my beverage but couldn't taste any alcohol. We enjoyed the crab dip and coconut shrimp. My steak wasn't as tasty as everything else was. I ordered medium but got medium well and it lacked seasoning. The service was ok waiter was polite. Will come back with the kids.
The conch fritters were delicious but the crab dip had a bad aftertaste so we couldn’t eat it, and the empanadas were mediocre. The specialty cocktails we tried were expensive but not great either so we aren’t likely to go back. That said, the service was EXCEPTIONAL which made this a much more pleasant experience than it would have been otherwise.
The food was delicious, but I could not eat all the paella, so I took the leftovers home. I gave not been to a happy hour since the Covid pandemic. The drinks, the Bahama Momma and a Bud Light, were very refreshing. Of course, our waiter was extremely attentive and professional. He even expertly prepared the rum cake.

I sat at the bar for Happy Hour. I had a couple drinks and an appetizer. The drinks and food were good and the service was very good. The bartender (Logan) was very attentive.

I believe that the portion sizes and prices at this restaurant are not worth it. In my opinion, the food is too expensive for the small portions you receive.

The restaurant was crowded, leading to slightly delayed service. They did not have any white wine available.
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent! I will definitely return in the future!
