Baila Pizza - Saint Georges les Baillargeaux

Exceptional!!! From welcome to quality to service... everything is extra!!!! We had already found this exceptional pizzeria last year, the same year. Delicious pizzas with a dough that melts in the mouth, products more than quality, a unique welcome, never felt elsewhere, a continuous smile, benevolent words to all customers, a complementary professional complicity between the boss and her daughter. A real customer consideration until we open the door when we leave the pizzeria. Never found this elsewhere and yet we even travelled to Italy where we ate pizzas but none equal to Baïla pizza. Next year and a big thank you for this moment!

Bon visiblement entre la salle du "restaurant" et les pizzas à emporter, les propriétaires ont fait leur choix, dommage nous étions dans la première catégorie...quand les pizzas arrivent après plus de 30 mn, la pâte n'est tout simplement pas cuite...et noyée sous l'huile d'olive pour ma Buffala, où d'ailleurs je cherche la dite Mozzarella...je me suis dit que j'avais bien fais de prendre une petite, en fait....Décevant, ils fonctionnent certainement car ils sont seuls sur le périmètre.Soulagement pour nous, nous n'etions que de passage....

Etant clients depuis plusieurs années, ce restaurant est en baisse constante depuis que ce n'est plus le patron qui gère, le pizzaiolo bâcle les pizzas, certainement fois elles ne sont même pas assez cuites, alors qu'il n'y a pas un chat.. L'accueil est n'est pas chaleureux, aucune organisation !Depuis plusieurs fois, nous sommes de plus en plus décus !Nous n'y retournerons finalement plus..Dommage

A small pizzeria in the heart of the village, it smells of wood fire when you enter and you are greeted kindly by a jovial owner. Generous and tasty pizzas, perfect service, what more can I say.
