We were seated immediately upon arrival, which was great. Just a heads up, this restaurant only opens after 5 PM. The waitstaff were very pleasant, friendly, and just the right amount of attentive. Overall, the food for our group was quite good. My wife had the 10oz sirloin, our niece ordered the crab cakes, and I went with the grilled chicken wrap. Our niece's meal was spot on. However, my wife's steak came out more well-done than the medium she ordered, and the chicken in my wrap was a bit dry and tough in certain spots. While we enjoyed our time overall, the food could use a bit more care. We chose to sit outside, where the atmosphere was very welcoming and enjoyable. I'm hoping our food...
We were truly impressed with our experience this evening! Our waitress was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even though the restaurant was packed, our food arrived in no time at all. The She Crab Soup and Seafood Au Gratin were both outstanding! The pasta was loaded with shrimp, scallops, and crab meat. The food was so delicious that my husband even wanted to thank the chef personally and let him know he was doing a fantastic job (which is something he has never done before!). This was our first time staying in the Sandbridge area, and we were very pleased with Baja. It will definitely be a must-visit for us whenever we return to the area.
The food was absolutely delicious. Our party occupied three tables, and after finishing our meals, which cost well over $500, we decided to gather at one table to enjoy some drinks together. However, after only ten minutes, we were asked to leave since we weren't ordering food anymore. This felt a bit abrupt, especially since we had already vacated two tables for cleaning and to allow for other guests to dine. As we were leaving, we noticed a family of four waiting for a table, even though we had just given up two tables. I would definitely recommend the food, but be prepared for some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
We enjoyed a breathtaking view from our outdoor seating, which was absolutely stunning! We started with some delicious rum runners, followed by Thai Broccoli and She-crab soup as appetizers, and everything was simply perfect. For dinner, we shared a deluxe pizza that exceeded our expectations in terms of quality. We can't wait to return and try more items from the menu. It was also a fantastic value. Baja is truly a hidden gem in Sandbridge. While it may not seem very striking from the outside, it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Both their breakfast and dinner menus offered fresh and diverse options at reasonable prices, and their coffees were unique and tasty. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the views of the sunset over the bay from the back of the restaurant are unbeatable.
Great food but VERY long wait. They aren't doing music right now die to COVID safety. The atmosphere is great, but it's not ideal for large parties or sit down dinner. We have a two hour wait for a table then another 45 minute wait after we ordered food. I would still go in a smaller group though.
As for kid-friendliness, the children's menu was impressive, and the overall atmosphere was very accommodating for families. There was also plenty of fun outdoor space for kids to enjoy. Highly recommend!

Jessica was fantastic! She was incredibly sweet and quickly took care of everything we needed. It was great! As for the vegetarian options, they had some really delicious choices.
