I would like to preface that this is me and my partner 's first time here at Baldamar and this will definitely not be our last! Definitely book ahead of time because it gets super packed. Food it was top notch! Definitely lives up to the upscale aesthetic that it upholds. The food came out in a timely manner. The calamari had so much flavor with the red peppers added a nice kick to the sweet and savory sauce that came with it. The chimichurri shrimp was amazing! Just like the calamari, it had so much flavor and different spices that balanced each other out. My partner was a huge fan of the street corn. I loved my dinner at Baldamar. Our waiter Aaron was so funny! He knew the menu and offered recommendations. Bread is Life was a 10/10 the bread itself was soft and fluffy, but also crispy. I liked the chimichurri dipping sauce that the bread came with but I much preferred the pumpkin and honey jalapeño butters. I would buy those if they sold them in a store! I had the Wagouda burger which I would recommend. One of the best burgers I've had. The sweet potato fries weren't the best I've ever had but they were alright. Next time I'd just try the regular fries. My friend got the tamarind braised short ribs which were tasty. 50 shades of chocolate cake was enjoyable too and huge! Looking forward...
It took them about five minutes to lock the doors after the second round of fighting. There was no apology or any reassurance from the waitstaff, leaving me with the impression that this is not a safe environment for anyone, especially families with young children or those who may not move quickly. I tried to speak with the manager, but they were unavailable and promised a callback that never came. To make matters worse, they couldn’t even cook my steak properly, and this is supposed to be a restaurant! The entire experience felt very chaotic and unsafe, with no regard for customer care. I definitely do not recommend this place!

I always look forward to an opportunity to eat at Baldamar. It's expensive and special but for important occasions or a well deserved treat it's a grand experience.
Baldamar's food was excellent. The shrimp and bread appetizers were a real treat! All of our main courses were also delicious!
The food here is good but a bit overpriced. The atmosphere is fun and the size of the restaurant allows for bigger parties.
