Last weekend some friends and I went to Altafulla to see the Tarraco Viva Roman show. We wanted to have lunch together, but because there were about of us, it got hard to find a restaurant. In the end we saw this cozy place...by chance! Lucky us!! It turned out to be one of the best little restaurants we've ever been to. They serve delicious food and they've got a set menu at the weekend which is only If you ever stroll around Altafulla, I strongly recommend you to have a meal in this restaurant.
Having read all the reviews of us decided to visit one evening. Arrived to empty restaurant. Don't serve food till !! Went there as a result of the comments about the euro set meal. Turned out this was only in the...day. Checked and found NO Steak dishes and NO fish dishes on the menu. Had a drink and left. If you want pork or tripe then go. If not then do not bother. Very disappointed.
it costs euro for what definitiw one of the worst meals we have ever eaten. we had bowls of suppe almost cold) a handful of warm ravioli, two meatballs that had to be returned for reheating plus a small beer....I almost finished my suppe before the brot even appeared. never again!

our party of voting this as best place to lunch after three days in barcelona and altafulla! everyone was happy with their food, even though we didn't know too much what we ordered before, how all menzies were in Spanish Catalan. Menu...for a la carte to a court.
beautiful lunch menu del dia for euro. the whole food was delicious, especially goat salat with tomatoes. house cake to die. divorced outside, which is on the road, but still pleasant. good work recommended.
