In all the years that we have been coming, we have always been a fan of these baths even if there are sometimes some disappointments. Lately temperature of the Japanese bath a little less hot than on other visits. The basins seem to show points of wear. Little shower gel at the entrance was nice. More and more pools, the number of products in the store has increased nice but we see that the sales side counts.
Beautiful exterior but nothing seen from the inside because a very long queue. No information about the remaining time of waiting, too many people and no one does anything to get the people who have been there for too long compared to what they paid and who make us wait for more than 45 minutes.
Preaching in the various baths in Balnea after a hike is excellent. Doing it at the end of the day adds magic. The teams are welcoming and smiling. Thank you for this moment, we will come back
