It was wonderful to find a restaurant that upholds a level of service that is increasingly hard to come by these days. The staff were attentive and impressive, making my experience truly memorable. The food was of high quality, and the fantastic wine list was the perfect complement. I would highly recommend this place—it's one of Perth's best-kept secrets! I would have tipped the staff if I had been given the opportunity. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you!
I can't find a single fault with this place; it was one of the best meals we've ever had! It's a shame we hadn't dined here sooner. The food was absolutely exquisite, and the staff was friendly and attentive. My partner had the duck as the main dish, and I enjoyed the gnocchi. As I mentioned, it was the best meal I've ever had, and I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough!
Balthazar never disappoints! The menu is fantastic, and the kingfish ceviche is absolutely divine. The wine list is full of delightful surprises, and their sommelier really knows his stuff. I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking a special night out. Plus, it's surprisingly good value for fine dining. Don't miss out—go and enjoy!
Every time we've eaten (drank) here the experience has been impeccable. Last night was particularly incredible with our very knowledgeable waiter helping us select some wonderful choices (tall guy with glasses; lovely person, and very passionate about local produce, as are we). Top flight food, stunning wine and well informed and timely service. The parfait may indeed make you weep, because you have been missing out on 'meat butter ' that good for your entire life, thus far.
