We eat here a couple of times a year and each time, I swear it will be our last. The food is generally just ok, though recent additions to the menu are good--a nice veggie burger and some lovely salads. The reason we keep returning...is the hot chocolate--it 's amazing. But the service is so poor. Today we were kept waiting for 10 minutes just for menus. Then another ten to take our drink order. Finally, the drinks appeared (not sure how hard a bottle of water and beer was, but it took ten minutes). We finally ordered and our burgers took over 30 minutes. Ich war schon einige Male dort, weil mir die abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte und die ungewöhnlichen Geschmacksrichtungen gefallen, aber ich glaube, dieses Mal war mein letztes Mal. Der Service war schon immer langsam: Entweder gab es nicht genügend Mitarbeiter oder sie waren damit beschäftigt, miteinander zu reden. Heute ging ich direkt zur Bar, um meine Bestellung aufzugeben, da niemand an meinen Tisch kam, aber die Kellnerin sagte mir, sie solle zurückgehen. Sie versprach, dass sie kommen würde, um es abzuholen. Ich sah ihr ein paar Mal zu, wie sie vorbeiging, und winkte ihr zu, aber nichts passierte. Nach 15 Minuten bin ich einfach gegangen.
Der Ort liegt schön in der Nähe des Sees. Das Essen ist qualitativ gut, aber der Service ist nicht so einladend. Sie haben den Wein vergessen und sich nie entschuldigt, Weinrot war kalt. 7 winzige Gambas mit Basmati-Rise (siehe Foto)...30 CHF zu teuer, selbst für die Schweiz.
Place is nice and charming, food also rather good. However, with all my respect and patience, really long service.. At lunch time its really annoying. You see waiters running, but they dont look at you.. I don't know- for lunch time it should be improved.. ashame...

Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez bien. La deco un peu bohème se prête à une ambiance cosy. Les chocolats sont bien entendus à tomber par terre. Les salades et autres plats sont parfaits pour une petite pause
Agréable petit restaurant. On se croit au Moyen âge. Belle ambiance et surtout grande diversité d'excellentes boissons au chocolat. Excellent service. La prochaine fois nous irons tester les repas.
If you look for unique coffees or teas, to go only with a snack . . then look no further. This is the place to go for specialty coffees and teas. Always a nice visit.
