Bamboo Restaurant Sushi Bar

Very friendly staff, great atmosphere and great location. You can tell they are trying but the food is not good. You can tell that not much is made fresh. The soft shell crab in the spider roll was burnt. Like black and crispy. The other 2 rolls fell apart when you tried to pick them up. The 2 different dumplings were definitely pre made and previously frozen. Like the same ones you buy at the grocery store. Also tried the bamboo lo mein which had shimp pork and chicken. The chicken and pork were definitely pre cooked and added at the end and heated up. It was hard and dry. Friday, October 21st, 2022 called the restaurant to place a pick up order (over $300). Frirst call, a lady had a hard time hearing me due to all the people yelling in a background of the restaurant she gave up and hung up. Called second time same story, was put on hold for 5 minutes, i thought she was looking for another place to pick up the phone, but not she hung up again. Called a third time, a man picks up tells me to hold. Waited for 15 minutes , someone answers and tells me it is too busy to take an order. Are you kidding me?

Best miso soup I?ve ever had! Cool vibes, nice people, and delicious food. The fish tacos were super yummy. The cocktails are awesome
