The restaurant was mostly vacant when we arrived on Saturday evening, so you might not need to make a reservation at all. The service was excellent and prompt, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet expectations. We ordered all of the spicy rolls, but what we got was neither spicy nor flavorful. The roll with apple was intriguing, but nothing extraordinary. Given the prices, you could easily head over to Sushi Ronan or Miza and find better options. I would suggest coming here for a drink and an appetizer, then dining elsewhere.
The food was outstanding, but the service felt a bit disorganized and lacking. The waitress was very friendly, but it seemed like she had too many tables to manage. I was seated alone and was the first customer she approached, yet several other servers passed by without getting my drink order. Eventually, the waitress did come back to take my drink order, but it took quite a while. It was a rainy night, and the restaurant didn’t appear to be overly busy.
Love love love this place! I ate many times at the Portland OR location before the Denver restaurant opened. Have to say the quality and service are equal. Highly recommend Bamboo for any occasion.
The food was excellent, but the service left a bit to be desired. Our last roll arrived almost 20 minutes after we had finished everything else.

great food. the sushi was excellent and we have some recommended seafood dishes that were fantastic. great service and menu management.
space was great! our server was great and although he had some tables, he still took care of us and made sure we were good! 10/10
American-Japanese style. Very relaxing atmosphere here. Food is good. Recommend for friends and couples.
Food and service were extraordinary! Definetly want to return. Must try grilled oysters!
