Update: We’ve now been there several times. Unfortunately, receiving food that is lukewarm is not unusual. So I’ve taken my review down to four stars. For the prices, I expect more consistency in delivery of food. Bambu has become our favorite Asian restaurant in the Rogue Valley! Our meals were incredibly flavorful, the presentation, tasteful! To manage expectation, the meals may not arrive at the same time. But, the fantastic food mostly makes up for any food timing foibles. Their crabcakes are sensational! I was at Bambu recently for the first time, after hearing such high praise from others. My S.O and I had dinner there. We ordered the Blistered Shishito Peppers, Red Shrimp Curry and the Tiger Cries dish. The peppers were very tasty, the dipping sauce was nice and tangy and very zesty. A great combo with the peppers. My S.O. had the curry which he sang praises for, but unfortunately the Tiger Cries dish was not up to par. The beef was grey and cold. The veggies that came with it were some sautéed onions and some par cooked red tomatoes. It also came with a spicy, lime, and garlic dipping sauce. We love Bambu and try to eat here often. I was so excited about my food that I forgot to take pictures. We ordered the dim sum plate for an appetizer and it didn't disappoint. The salmon special and crispy fish were perfect and prepared as requested. The service was excellent. Everyone was super nice and the atmosphere is great. The only complaint I have, which is minimal, is most items have a spicy element to them. I'm kind of a wuss, so this is hard for me. So I ordered the crispy fish and asked for the sweet and sour sauce on the side. They were happy to oblige.
We have eaten pad Thai in numerous countries East,West and South We even had delicious pad Thai in Ireland recently, cooked by a Thai family restaurant. Bambu's version is lacking in flavor and traditions: no flavor, lack of vegetables, but with lots of fettuccine like noodles. Even our salads were only lettuce and sliced thin red peppers. The cashew chicken was ok- with lots of chicken, but again lacking in vegetables. The restaurant is in a good location and is busy, but we hope the meals improve. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I've been coming here for years and it's always delicious. Always the same excellent Chefs in the kitchen. The wait staff and hostesses are always friendly and give great service. Hands down my favorite restaurant in Medford. I would highly recommend dining here if you've never been.
Five star experience!!!! Food was absolutely incredible ! Service was amazing. And on top of that the environment was awesome… my wife and I will be making this a monthly ritual for sure
Highly recommend the stir fried green beans with peanut sauce. I liked how most of the plates came with yummy veggies on the side. Definitely a great place to eat family style food!

Ordered the Teriyaki chicken, and it was plain, not marinated. Chewy as hell, like shoe leather. Love this place, but not even close to being worth the 80.00.
