Many articles are naturally vegan as long as you do not add earth beings for the protein; if you are for Tofu or additional Veggies you do not have to change the court. As an additional precaution, make sure that you do not ask fish sauce on each plate. Most dishes are made with coconut milk instead of milk. I decided to try Banana Blossom after discovering that Even Steven across the street no longer offered many vegan options. The lunch special includes soup of the day, which unfortunately had pork in it during my visit, and is priced at around $10. I was happy to see that the green curry was not labeled as spicy, so I ordered it with tofu. The portion size was on the smaller side, but the dish was delicious.
