I've been a regular at this restaurant for years, enjoying both dine-in and take-out. They undoubtedly have some of the best pho broth in the city. However, I've noticed a few recent changes that need to be addressed. In take-out orders, there have been no jalapeños, basil, or bean sprouts included lately. Additionally, the portions of protein in the Bahn Mi have decreased significantly. I hope this constructive feedback is helpful! The food and service are still great!
I love Vietnamese vermicelli bowls. So I like to try them from different places to compare.This one wasn't as good as the one I get from home in Northern Virginia. When I asked for pork as the meat I thought it would be a grilled pork chop like I get in N. VA. It seems to be cooked a different way. It tasted fine, but I prefer the grilled version. The vegetables egg roll/crispy spring roll wasn't great. It was very dry.
I wouldn’t waste my time. There has to be much friendlier staff and far tastier options at The Works. The customer service was non-existent; the man in front was not welcoming and actually appeared bothered by customers stopping by to view the menu and ask questions. I tried the pho which couldn’t have been more underwhelming. The beef was as hard as a rock, literally.

We order from Banh Mi, Flying Fish and Saigon street food quite often and usually have a great experience. But today, we had an unfortunate run in with bugs in our food.Posting so the owners take a look at how they are cleaning the equipment. I also suggest skipping or at minimum checking the pepper bc it looks like that is where the culprits got mixed in.
I submitted an earlier review thinking my order was missing items and it wouldnt give me the option of deleting it so Im re- submitting my review. Apologies but I was mistaken. My Pho had all of the items. The food was delicious!
found a bug in my meal, not a sorry or nun just looked at me and told me they will refund me, gave me a receipt and that was that. costumer service needs improvement
Bahn mi had no taste!! And so expensive for the amount of food given. Will just keep going to Lee’s Bakery instead and deal with the drive.

The shrimp rice vermicelli tasted pretty authentic to me and a decent portion for the price.
Food was packed with care, everything was fresh, huge portions.
