I was staying in the hotel for 2 nights and having walked around the city I decided to stay in the hotel for both my nights.The first evening (a Fri) the waiter was very attentive and I had some cocktails and white wine along with some food. The cocktails were very good and the wine was lovely, the food was OK - I had the asian hotdogs which came from Le Fenetres - they were not the best - too much bun and very little taste - the chips with them were very nice. Food was a bit disappointing but the bar and drinks, atmosphere and serveice were outstanding. We stayed at the InterContinental for 3 nights in July, and had our last meal in Marseille here. It is a pity, despite the fact that they have a good menu, good food and a great view from the terrace, the service was atrocious! One waiter took our orders, and then they had a shift change, and simply forgot about us, we had to remind the other waiters a few times of our existence.Best avoided!
This is my favourite place in the hotel. The views across to Notre Dame de la Gard glinting in the evening sun, and across the old port are wonderful. The staff are attentive, and fun, and the drinks selection excellent. They also provide some interesting little bar snacks. They do need a new background music tape though, after three nights I had memorised the order in which the tunes ran.
This is THE place in Marseille to meet friends for a glass, or to finish a long day of shopping and sightseeing before going to dinner. The service is impeccable, the drinks divine, and you just have to sit back and enjoy.We always go there when in Marseille.

We spent an hour and a half enjoying the drinks and great view of the Vieux Port and Notre Dame de la Guard. Great drinks (I highly recommend the Local Speciality: Pastis or the fashionable Aperol Spritz. The service was excellent.
I had a nice cocktail time at Le Capian, from sunset to night. The view is exhilarating and the mixologists offer a large choice of Signature cocktails. A wonderful moment with a really nice and dedicated staff.
A really great bar. Staff have carefully cultivated some great drinks and made a few improvements to some classics. Although subtle changes they are tremendous and extenuating the Marseilles experience.
Delicious cocktails, great staff and an amazing view. This all you will find at the Bar Le Capian. InterContinental Hotel Dieu is already a great hotel, but the bar helps to bring it to the top!

Relaxing area outdoors to have a drink and unwind at the end of the day. The staff was a bit unfriendly but that proved to not be a reflection of other staff at this hotel.
We had some great champagne and some nice cocktails. Service was friendly and efficient the view perfect with nice breeze.
