To get off to a good start on a hike from Saint-Siméon to Coulommiers, in the beautiful Grand-Morin valley, a stop at Saint-Sim is a must: welcome and always friendly exchanges with both the customers and their boss. Pleasant setting with a beautiful terrace for sunny days. N.B. for hikers: Paris-Est (09:17) towards Coulommiers (10:19) then departure from Coulommiers station (10:25) by bus line P (in the direction of La Ferté-Gaucher), stop “Gare de Saint Simeon” (10:40). Then, either travel to Coulommiers station through preserved nature or stop at Boissy-le-Châtel for a picnic and visit to the Galleria Continua (return by Line P bus to Coulommiers).
