So we started the evening off by visiting this venue, which looked to be very promising. We sat down to order which already proved confusing as you had to go to the bar to order tapas as the waiter refused to do it for you? Okay we thought, and we tried to order that way. The bar man seemed equally confused and told us no the waiter will take your order we then after nearly 20 minutes managed to get the same waiters attention and my partners main course arrived. We then also ordered some tapas to which he said no that’s far too much rude to even comment that in the first place this was my main course 3 small dishes not too much at all. Mediocre tapas to say the least. It took around 40 mins...
It’s been a couple of Covid years since we have been here. Many lovely memories of tasty tapas and great staff. Today our drinks order was taken by an engaged and friendly older chap. Drinks arrived with a sullen young girl who couldn’t have been more disengaged if she tried. No eye contact, no chat, just dumped the drinks down. We were going to order food but decided not to given the service. Our bill was delivered with the same sullen behaviour. Other customers were also on the receiving end of this childish behaviour. I know there is a staff shortage but really? Normally a great place for a drink and tapas. Come on guys, you can do better!!
We dine 12 people at the beautiful big table at the bottom. We ask for several dishes from the house to share, all exceptional, highlighting the atun pier and the ribs at low temperature. staff very attentive and professional.
Didn't get our starters. Staff could not have cared less. Response to being told this so we weren't charged was to fetch our bill. Go elsewhere. Dreadful service and average food.

it's good to do it, but in summer it's hot, they'd have to allow some system to condition the local and in summer it was cooler, I recommend.
