Siguiendo las buenas opiniones de este restaurante decidimos hacer reserva. Está ubicado en una tranquila calle sin salida , muy cerca del centro. El local es de dos plantas con terraza exterior, tiene una bonita decoración rústica. El servicio es muy amable y cercano, tienen una carta variada, así como menús entre semana, los asados hay que pedirlos por encargo. En nuestro caso habíamos pedido previamente cochinillo y el cuarto de cordero, pero también probamos la ensalada de pimientos asados y las croquetas de jamón y boletus. Todo estaba exquisito, muy bien presentado, raciones generosas, las carnes en su punto y con un crujiente espectacular!!. De postre todos son caseros, pero pedimos e...
La gran mayoría de la gente viene aquí a probar los judiones y el cochinillo, y nosotros no fuimos menos. Los judiones están espectaculares. El cochinillo también, de los mejores que he probado. También probamos el pulpo (recomendable) y el entrecot, el más flojito en mi opinión. De los postres, el ponche segoviano está exquisito, la tarta de queso también, pero el arroz con leche está demasiado aguado, le falta cremosidad. Los camareros nos atendieron de maravilla, teniendo mucha paciencia con nosotros, ya que éramos un grupo grande con niños. Muy buena relación calidad precio.
After reading the reviews we expected better food and a more comfortable setting... The room we ate in was upstairs which meant that it was stuffy and hot no air conditioning which is a problem in August... . It could have been bearable if the food was good but that was not the case, especially the fish Hake which was under cooked and when we asked the waiter to return the plate, it came back the same...
Family visit. It had been on the recommended list by the Parador where we stayed. As it was 3 Kings they only had a table in the bar area which on arrival was loud with kids. This is a cosy eatery, ideal for a casual dinner. Most of the menu is based on traditional Spanish dishes: meat, some fish (hake, codfish... salads and soups. Good prices. Very friendly and warm staff. Young atmosphere.
El cochinillo, la tarta de queso y el ponche segoviano muy ricos. El servicio muy bien pero se nota que les falta gente. El lugar muy bien y muy bonito. Conviene ir con tiempo para disfrutarlo.
