Es un restaurante magnífico. Un excelente cocinero y una excelente gerencia (sin hablar del equipo, que es genial, rápido y súper amable). Soy muy exigente con los platos chicharreros tradicionales y he recorrido la isla de arriba abajo. Hoy me he tomado un sencillo bistec de cochino canario. Riquísimo. Hay tres platos en este restaurante: la pata, la carne de cabra y la carne fiesta, que no tienen rival. El tinto de la casa es excepcional, las papas fritas tienen un punto crujiente. Extraordinario. Y, si por casualidad te queda hueco y pides un polvito uruguayo, vas a flipar, sin más.
