There should be no way to give no stars to rate. Absurd delivery delay. My order came with the pieces all different from the one presented by the menu in the application. Horrible presentation and taste, taste of old stuff, everything went to waste. My order arrived at my house extremely cold.... No support from the company when trying to contact.
Horrible taste, looks like it's old, besides that the most expensive pieces I bought didn't come, the ones that came were supposed to be salmon, tuna came, it arrived cold, I tried to call to ask for an exchange, they don't give any support, they don't answer wattsap , buy it anywhere else, but this one isn't even worth 1 real, I'm outraged.
Never buy from this restaurant! I made an order at Ifood for the first time UNFORTUNATELY because where I always buy it was closed. A purchase of 59.70 and all the wrong parts came, they don't understand me in chat or whats or on the phone Total disrespect, unfortunately I haven't seen the reviews before which are AWFUL.
Bad experience! They sent me old food, with a bad smell, they didn't want to refund the amount paid and they are still making time with your face on whatsapp.
