The rooms are very small and no room to place and open your luggage. Hard for two people to move around the room. There is no lift in this hotel. You have to lug your luggage one floor just to reach reception. I would not recommended this hotel for seniors unless you are very strong and can carry your luggage at least two floor. The staff was very cordial and friendly and they did offer a typical European style breakfast.
absolutely perfect location. 3 minutes to walk from and from the bus/station hbf and about the stone streets of the old city. very grateful for a multilingual staff. very clean, quiet and safe. I felt very safe to travel solo. the breakfast is very good and included in the price. wonderful and friendly service.
A bit expensive for what they offer. When we checked in, they were more concerned with finding out whether we explicitly ordered a baby bed in our room instead of just getting one to our room without unnecessary waiting and being outright rude. If you require a baby bed, call ahead! Or go to another hotel.
Perfect location for a trip in Friburg. Super friendly staff and nice rooms with AC. Vegan nutella for breakfast and oat milk are big plus.
